Do encapsulated tumors grow?

Hi there, I have had a hard immovable lump latched in to the back of my right ear for 4 years next to swollen lymph nodes. It has been there 4 years without growth or change and I am incredibly worried it is an encapsulated sarcoma if I'm being honest. The only stories I have seen on encapsulated malignant tumors their tumors were quite large which means that they will had to have grown. Mines has never grown ever but I am insanely worried about this.
