Does Cancer always cause Lymph Nodes to swell

Do your lymph nodes ALWAYS swell when cancer is present in your body or are there incidents where there are absolutely NO signs at all that you might have some type of cancer? Thank you.

Swollen lymph nodes is just one of many indicators that some abnormality within the body's immune system is present. But, it's only 1 symptom of many. And, not all swollen lymph activity is caused by Cancer. An infection could cause the swelling of lymph nodes.
I know of people who've been diagnosed with Melanoma (skin cancer) with no obvious swelling of the lymph glands. And, my father's Prostate Cancer was found in it's early stage through a PSA blood test. He showed no signs of swollen lymph nodes or any other symptoms of Cancer for that matter.
