Localized Ewings sarcoma detected in time and treated rigorously increases the survival rates of the patients and many are known to live long. Even in patients with metastasis, long term survival is seen in 10-30% of the patients. Hence, your friend can undergo treatment with a positive frame of mind and she should soon be on road to recovery if her general condition is good, the cancer was not detected in very advanced stages, and she tolerates the treatment. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.
