Firm lump upper thigh

Hello,
I’m 40 year old female that has noticed a firm pea sized lump when I deliberately along my thigh. The lump kinda disappears when I flex my thigh. Should I be concerned about sarcoma?

I don't know if I'd jump to cancer, but it could be a cyst or lipoma or something. It wouldn't hurt to get it checked out by your doctor.

I think we have a lot of lymph nodes around that area if it is in your groin. We can also get infected hairs and cysts there. Check in with your doctor. Does it hurt?
