Hypercellular marrow showing florid megaloblastic erythroid hyperplasia

This is friend's report. the result just came. Is he having cancer or serious health problems?

Age 28 - Male
Bone marrow biopsy report

Section shows bony trabeculae and interspersed marrow. the marrow appear diffusely hypercellular of moderate to severe degree. A few megakaryocytes including hyperlobulated and occasional multinucleate forms seen.

There is a striking erythroid hyperplasia with florid megaloblastic changes. The granulocytic progenitors are also well represented with less differentiated forms appears focally prominent. No significant fibrosis or focal lesion seen.
