Inflammation in my lower back and testicle.

It was diagnosed as Epididymitis.. I've taken the medication as prescribed w the same result.. Could it be something else

Yes. I asked the same question to Dr. Gabe Mirkin, medical educator and past radio personality. He told me that epididymitis is actually a prostate infection backing up to the testicles. The prostate infection must be aggressively treated with antibiotics.
