Is it cancer? is it a pituitary tumor? Im worried need opinions

Hello,

I am a 22 year old male with no known health issues. It was recently discovered I have low testosterone, high cortisol levels, and slightly high cpk (creatinine) as well as a vitamin D deficiency. I just completed more blood tests and a 24 hour urine sample and am waiting results. The problem here for me is that I am not gaining weight like cushings patients do instead i have been going down in weight and have no appetite. My fear is ectopic cushing's which relates to a tumor outside the pituitary or adrenal. What i have experienced is hair loss (receding hair line), depression and slight acne also i have had red eye only in my right eye like pink eye but not pink eye and snoring. Also 3 years ago I was physically jumped by a group of people and hit with multiple objects to my head all over, MRI's right after showed no damage to my brain, but could this cause a pituitary tumor possibly? (i hope so).....PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK OR ANY IDEAS...

Hi Dr Santos,

So its been a couple months, the doctor told me the cortisol was fine. I asked him what was my testosterone and he goes 375 your fine...Obviously that is not okay. Anyway I just redid blood tests, my D went from 16 to 22.5 taking 50,000 IU once a week and my b12 went from 457 to 657. He suggested doing ANA, ESR, and thyroid antibody tests. I asked him to do allergy testing and celiac testing and brought up the fact that i suspect mold in the house. But last week we did a CBC, i noticed that my tryglcerides doubled from 73 to 140 but  MOST IMPORTANTLY my AST WENT FROM 16 to 82 and my ALT from 13 to 31 making the ratio 2.65 . I read this is alcholic hepatits but im not a big drinker. I brought this to the DRs attention and he ran tests for hepatitis but told me he doesnt think thats it. I have narrowed it down to this i think i might have a thyroid issue, celiac disease, pituitary adoma, hepatitis or something else that i dont know...I just started a job that i should be happy about but worry is on my mind instead..I have gone gluten free for the last week. What do you think dr santos? =)

Hi,
How was the 24 hour urine sample and blood test results? I understand your concern regarding this and diagnosis of ectopic cushing's syndrome may warrant further evaluation and additional tests. If the symptoms persist, it is best that you talk to your doctor about this for proper evaluation and to remove any worries. Take care and do keep us posted.
