Is it male breast cancer???

Dear Doctor,

First of all I want to apologize for my English because it isn't
very good.

I am 16 years old boy. Eight months ago I discovered a painfull
gland (lump, ball) in my right breast.

I also noticed that my right nipple
(teat, the brown thing of the breast) is a little bigger than the left one.
It
does not produce blood or other liquids.

I've noticed that it has
disappeared week ago but I am not sure.

I am overweight. I am 167 cm and I
weight 82 kg.

Please help me. I've been crying this 6 months and I am driving
mad. I do not want to tell this to my parents unless I verify that this might be
breast cancer.

Respectfully,

xxx

I am not a Doctor. If you have concerns about yourself please tell your parents. You should never try to hide anything from them. They are your parents for a reason. They are there to help you as you grow. A visit to the doctor will clear everything up, and this will put your worries behind you. So tell your parents and take the secret away. Parents will always do the right thing for you. Take care and my prayers are with you.
