Is it male breast cancer???

Dear Doctor,

First of all I want to apologize for my English because it isn't
very good.

I am 16 years old boy. Eight months ago I discovered a painfull
gland (lump, ball) in my right breast.

I also noticed that my right nipple
(teat, the brown thing of the breast) is a little bigger than the left one.
It
does not produce blood or other liquids.

I've noticed that it has
disappeared week ago but I am not sure.

I am overweight. I am 167 cm and I
weight 82 kg.

Please help me. I've been crying this 6 months and I am driving
mad. I do not want to tell this to my parents unless I verify that this might be
breast cancer.

I am not a Doctor. If you have concerns about yourself please tell your parents. You should never try to hide anything from them. They are your parents for a reason. They are there to help you as you grow. A visit to the doctor will clear everything up, and this will put your worries behind you. So tell your parents and take the secret away.
