Brain cancer isn't what I would think of first.
Are you in quarantine/self-isolation/lock down? Everyone's routine has changed. Your activity levels have changed, which will change your sleep habits.
Have you been able to go outside and get fresh air? Even if you can just go into your back yard or onto a porch for a little while, that will help.
If you aren't working or going to school, try to find some activities to keep you busy, and stay to a routine sleep schedule as much as possible. Clean your house, play games, do homework, read - whatever it is you can do. Sleep at night and be awake during the day as much as possible.
Perhaps you were sleeping in a funny position on the couch, and that caused a headache.
Unless the pain lingers, or is severe over a few days, I wouldn't think anything serious is wrong.
