Lung cancer spread to adrenal gland

My 93 year old grandmother was diagnosed, via ct scans, yesterday with primary lung cancer with metastases her adrenal gland. The doctors have decided to forgo any treatment or invasive diagnostics due to her age. She is going on hospice in the next day or two. We took her into the ER yesterday morning due to her headaches (she had fallen, so we were concerned about head injuries), and her upset stomach. She has not been eating or taking fluids well at all. I also noticed she had a fungus on her tongue. Poor little thing! She's about 4'9", and 76 pounds, so when I say "little thing", I really mean it. She doesn't know her status, and neither does my 96 year old grandfather at this point. I am just wondering..... I know there's really no way to know for sure, but does anyone have an idea how much time we have with her? My brother has stage 4 brain cancer, and we're all just so heartbroken that this is all happening at the same time. I live with my grandparents. My profile picture is of them, in the 40's. I'm kind of a wreck. I work full time, and am on the clock when I'm home, around the clock. I'm afraid something will happen while I'm asleep, so I put in a baby monitor the other day.... just a few days before the news. Any input is appreciated. Even if it hurts. Thank you so very much!!
