Need a little help please ,could I have thyroid cancer?

I'm new to all of this and have yet to be diagnosed but in April I had a ct of my throat for having a hoarse voice since March and a 6mm nodule was found in the right lobe of my thyroid .. I just went back to the ER may 31st for worsening pain in right side of neck this time they did ct with contrast and found multiple heterogeneous hypodense nodules largest being 9x5mm in the right lobe .could this be thyroid cancer ? I'm worried since my mom had thyroid cancer at 45 I just turned 32 ..
