Ovarian cyst or mass, which one? Please help

On the 27th of last month I went to a hospital for stomach pain, they did an ultrasound and found a 2.4 cm involuting corpus luteum cyst on my left ovary. 9 days later which was yesterday, I went to another hospital they did another ultrasound but this time they say it's a 2.2 cm SOLID appearing mass on the left ovary. So which one sounds right? I am so confused. Cause there's a difference between solid and cystic.. and this was 2 different hospitals.
