Painful lump

I have a painful lump behind left ear. It has been there for three days now. It is where my glasses sit. It also hurts on my face right next to my ear opening. What could it be?

I have a hard lump underneath my left ear. It is hard and is slightly tender when i touch it. Also, just below the lump is slightly tender.

I am only 15 and really scared.

It is a swollen lumph node.
It might be due to some infection and it will decrease by itself.
If the pain increases then you are advised to go to clinician and take a prescription for pain killers and antibiotic.
You can visit an ear specialist.
