I am smoker and 40 yrs old, complete mental dissapointed. Can sone one tell me what can be?

You may have oral thrush, a fungal/yeast infection or bacterial infection.
Is there any way you can quit smoking?
Your dental, oral and general health will improve dramatically!
Try "Oil pulling" with coconut oil every morning before breakfast.
Avoid smoking, alcohol, spicy foods for few days.
Consuming coconut oil will also help, as it has many medicinal properties, including anti-fungal activity.
best wishes,
Niko

Another reason to quit smoking is 50% of oral cancer patients die within the first 5 years of diagnosis. Since dentist didn't go for biopsy you likely don't have cancer.
