How are you? Bubbles in the urine may be caused by presence of excess proteins in the urine, excess trapping of air in urine or passing of actual air (pneumatoria), a very rare condition caused by fistula between the bladder and the colon.  There are no identifiable cause in most people who develop pancreatic cancer. Risk factors include increasing age; genetic syndromes that run in families; tobacco use; obesity; a sedentary lifestyle, a history of diabetes, chronic pancreatic inflammation (pancreatitis), and a fatty diet. Complimentary or alternative medicine is of unclear benefit in pancreatic cancer treatment. But many adjunctive treatments have been tried  like compounds such as circumin, the principle ingredient in turmeric. Take care and best regards.
