Peritoneal Wash

I had a hysterectomy for Endometrial Cancer (Grade 1 Well Differentiated).  Ovaries, Tubes, Cervix, Uterus (4mm into 9mm 2nd layer) and Lymph nodes were clear, but Peritoneal Wash came back with malignant cells... What is standard course for treatment now?  Will see gyn/onc at the end of the month... Just wondering.  Thought this would end with hysterectomy. Thanks

It is the wash they do in the cavity behind and in front of the uterus (called cul-de-sacs)
to check for malignancy outside of the uterus.
