Pet/Ct report

I am a 41 year old stage 1 breast cancer survivor and just had my first pet/ct.  The final impression is no evidence of hypermetabolic mets....Which is wonderful!!!!  However - in the "chest" section of the report "two 4mm nodules within the right middle lobe are identified and demonstrate no evidence of hypermetabolic activity"  I understand that the lack of hypermet. activity is a good thing, but what could this be?  Should I be concerned?
Thanks

I am one of those crazy people who has thier reports faxed directly from radiology.  I have not spoken to my doctor yet.  I am not overly worked up, so I figured I would give the doctor a few days to get back to me.  I just thought I would throw it out there.  Thanks for your response.

These could be anything. It is good there is no hypermetabolic actvity. If your doctor isn't concerned then that is good, did you ask him what he thought? I think alot of people get these and they go away and are nothing majority of the time.
