Please help me understand a chest X-Ray report

I'm in the process of recovering from Tuberculosis infection and a very recent X-Ray report of Chest reads: "Compared with the last X ray dated‐ 15/2/2016, Significant resolution of bilateral upper zone opacities with patchy residual lesion remaining in left upper zone. No new lesion seen." Please help me understand what that means as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.
Note: The symptoms are occasional mild cough (started recently). No fever and no cold.
Undergoing ATT since Aug 2015
