Poopy week

Hi I am 22 year old female

This past week has been pretty Sh*tty to say the least.
I have had 3 days of nothing but diarrhea and so i lived of anit diarrhea medicine.
Yesterday I stopped pooping I cant go but it feels like i need to.
I was just wondering if this could be a sign of colon cancer something I need to worry about.

Cancer runs in the family skin and lung
Also been really stressed this week and i also suffer from extreme anxiety could that have something to do with it?

I highly doubt this is any cancer; sounds like it could be IBS/Spastic Colon or some type of Colitis.

I would consult your physician about this if it is persistent.
