Red spot on penis glans

Hello I was wondering if this sounds like it may be cancer.  About 3 weeks ago after vaginal and oral sex with my girlfriend I found a small red spot on my penis glans.  I supprised and shocked me a little but and I'm very worried about it. At the time I noticed it, it was about 1/4 the size of a pencil eraser and looked more like some skin and been rubbed off and it was irritated. Now the spot is larger and seems to be holding at about the size of a pencil eraser and shines when the light hits it as a certain angle. I tried lamisil thinking maybe it was fungal and that gave me a rash for about 2 days everywhere my forskin touched, I also tried neosporine then hydrocortizone for a few days but that just seemed to make it red and more visible. It's not raised or cratered that I can tell and once when I got out of the shower and dried myself i notice the skin over the spot was pealing off. There is no discharge or odd smell from my penis, the spot doesn't seem to hurt, itch, or weep or whatever they call it when it's wet or has fluid on it. It's just inside where my forskin covers I'd say half way down the head of my penis and when I pull the forskin back you can't really see it for a few seconds I suppose until the blood gets back to that spot and if you push on the area or stretch the skin the red/purpleness vanishes and the skin appears to be dry. I shower regularly and am fairly clean and I'm circumsized I've never had anything like this. I've read that alot of times a single spot is worse news than multiple spots please give me your thoughts.

Hi,
This sound more like an infective episode. Pl stop self-treating yourself. You should see a doctor and have the problem properly examined, diagnosed, and treated.
Penile cancer usually presents as a slow growing raised ulcero-proliferative mass. Early lesions, however, may be more subtle.
All the Best, and God Bless!
