When I looked up a site for a different person this is what I found and it fit for you. So I wanted to come back and revise my comment.
Ovarian cancer may cause several signs and symptoms. Women are more likely to have symptoms if the disease has spread beyond the ovaries, but even early- stage ovarian cancer can cause them. The most common symptoms include:
Bloating
Pelvic or abdominal pain
Trouble eating or feeling full quickly
Urinary symptoms such as urgency (always feeling like you have to go) or frequency (having to go often)
These symptoms are also commonly caused by benign (non-cancerous) diseases and by cancers of other organs. When they are caused by ovarian cancer, they tend to be persistent and represent a change from normal − for example, they occur more often or are more severe. If a woman has these symptoms more than 12 times a month, she should see her doctor, preferably a gynecologist.
Others symptoms of ovarian cancer can include:
Fatigue
Upset stomach
Back pain
Pain during sex
Constipation
Menstrual changes
Abdominal swelling with weight loss
This was from a web site I found and wanted to share with you. There are many other symptoms , I always advise seeking you medical care professional advice.
My father had lung cancer they removed this lower lobe , he developed bladder cancer during a repeat P.E.T. Scan they caught it . When they went in took a biopsy just to make sure it was actually bladder cancer and the lung cancer had not spread it was truly bladder cancer. Which to them was very good because they considered it contained. They never go into the body they go up the body. But just to answer your question he would have never known, because his frequency in urination never changed if that is a symptom. He has a P.E.T. Scan every 6 months now because it's very fast growing. They went one year once, it was to long it spread up his ureter they had to burn it with laser then place a stint for 6 months so it wouldn't close when it healed. Which caused him to urinate all the time. Having something foreign in there caused muscle spasms which made him feel like he had to go even if it was just a little.
But with all of this he never was urinating more that what he was taking in his body.
Are you a huge water drinker? Talk to your doctor tell your doctor your concerns. Could be the beginning of a kidney infection or something. I hope everything is fine.
