Should I be concerned about skull changing shape?

I'm a 19 year old male who over the course of the last 6 or 7 months, have been noticing that my skulls shape has been changing. It's never been that symetrical but towards the upper rear part of my skull it feels like two ridges have formed and they started out not too noticeable but now I feel like they significantly protrude enough to mess with my hair style and span from the back to the upper middle part of my head. In addition to that, the rear of my skull just feels bony all over the place with some ledge and bump like features detectable by hand. Overall I feel like it's raised the back of my head and give my head an elongated and angled look from the front. I haven't really spoke to my parents or any one else about it but it's seriously stressing me out and the doctor I went to at my university yesterday was absolutely useless so any advice or knowledge on my situation would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not familiar with this being a symptom of cancer, but if it's something you are worried about, defeintly talk to your parents and see if you can get into a doctor you are more comfortable seeing.
