A couple of things occur to me as a retired nurse. First and foremost, cancer is usually more sneaky than what is occurring with you. One small lump would worry me more than three visible ones. The other thing is that cancer doesn't hurt. That's one of the reasons it gets so advanced before someone notices. You still need to see a doctor to get checked. There's obviously something going on, but it doesn't sound like cancer.
Though nothing can be said with surety without a detailed clinical examination na relevant investigations - you need to understand that there are non cancerous conditions that can cause such features.
You should relax and not panic. This could be lipomas or lymph nodes or skin nodules etc.
Let us know what your doctor tells you and post us if you have any doubts.
