Throat cancer

Hello,

Recently I have discovered that the back of my throat has become sore. It appears to be red (aggravated) and there is some brown patchy discolouration at the roof of my mouth towards the back. Furthermore, what appears to be blood vessels are also prodominant on my palatine uvula and the wall at the back of my throat. Should I be worried about any of this?
