Want to ask you what this report means, I'm really desperate

Went to doctor and he  got my CAT scan back.  From what I can see, I have liver cancer, but can anyone dissect this?  "Prominent exophytic right liver mass with enhancement characteristic s that are highly  suspicious for hepatocellular carcinoma.  Suggest correlation with alpha-fetoprotein and clinical risk factors.   2.   Numerous additional artireal phase enhancing right liver lesions that may indicate multifocal hepatocellular carcinoma but are nonspecific and could also represent dysplastic nodules. The most suspicious of these are the 21.4 cm nodules that re satellite around the larger right liver mass.  3.  Moderately dilated common duct. This could be secondary to the previous cholecystectomy. Distal obstruction is difficult to exclude.  4.  Possible gastric wall thickening but could be mimicked by lack of distention".

Bad news: You have liver cancer.  You have a huge tumor.
Good news: The liver regenerates--go see a surgeon!

Hepatocellular carcinoma = liver cancer
Dysplastic nodules = premalignant
Alpha-fetoprotein = tumor marker
