What could this be?

Hi, a few days back I felt like I had a stiff neck...possibly from a bad sleeping position so I thought it might be torticullis but then I started feeling my neck and I felt like a small bump under my skin, could this be something serious? I know it could just be torticullis but now Im worried...could it be something normal or does it sound bad? Im a 22 year old male.

I was just reading your post again I really think they are glands that is normal to have glands there.  If they are swollen worry there not swollen don't worry about it.

Im not sure where the lymph nodes are??....I ll  try explain where it is...Id say its inline with my ear just all the way down to where my neck is the very low end of my neck where the neck joins my body. I cant see it and it doesnt hurt. I just woke up one day with a stick neck so i started feeling my neck and my shoulder muscle and I felt this little bump like ball. I can feel it when I put my finger on it a press down but it doesnt hurt and is not visible.

Should I be worried? is this a lymph node?? please give me some advice or opinions, Im really scared...

Ya Im not a doctor but you have glands there and I can feel mind and I got nervous and my doctor told me they were just glands and don't worry about it. Are they swollen? You probably never knew they were there until you felt it. Can you see them and feel or just feel them and not see it?

Is it where a lymph node is? If so does it hurt? Lymph nodes that swell and are not painful are ones you need to have checked. If it's a lump that doesn't belong there you need o have it check even if it hurts or not.
