What do I have a thin line along my lip of white dots has appeared
I have a thin line (like lipliner) of white dots on my top lip they do not itch, I get cold sores so I know it’s not that at the end of the line of dots there is a big red bump and it’s not a sore I did have sex with someone with hpv any clue to what this could be?
