What do these CBC values mean? Is my cancer back?

I have small, but painful lymph nodes on my left hip all the way down to the top of my left thigh. Xray was normal. Ultrasound didn't have anything that looked pathological. cbc came back with slightly elevated lymphocytes 46,eos elevated, neu low at 42, mseg low at 38, mlyn elevated at 46, meos elevated at 6.  What do these values mean?

The lymphatic system helps remove waste products from the body, its sort of a transit system. The lymph nodes which are part of this system can sometimes swell when they are having to work extra hard, if infection is present, or you have an immune disorder.  Lymphocytes are part of the white blood cell systom, and elevated lymphocytes could indicate infection.  Here is a link (copy and paste) that may help offer some explanation for you.   Take Vit C, Ecinacea, get plenty of rest and exercise.
