apicolordotic view

i was required to have an apicolordotic view type of xray after the initial annual physical exams. per result, suspicious densities on the upper left lobe. im really  bothered because i cant afford to lose my job. i just taken my apicolordotic view xray today and im really bothered. what does the initial result mean? does this mean i ahave PTB?

Doc I actually done my x ray a while ago and the doctor said that they found suspicious on my left chest and they under go me with the apicolordatic but I don't even smoke nor drink a liquor, Do I have a TB doc??

It doesnt mean you have a ptb, that suspicious densities may be the result of  a pre pneumonia stage ( pneumonitis) you had before x ray was taken, and after medication it will take 3-4 weeks before the suspicious densities will go away. Better have another x- ray after 3-4 weeks, if that suspicious densities are still there proceed for a MRI scan.
