bumps all over

My friend has goton bumps underneath the skin, you can wiggle it around.  There about the size and shape of a Lima bean and feels like the cartilage in your ear.  He has about 15. all over but mainly on forearms.  His joints feel weak, tired more ofton than should be, wants to sit down allot cannot stand in one spot long.  Does not have to sit feels like he wants to and hurts more than should.  The reason i am asking is because he does not want to get it checked out.

Hi.  The best thing for you to do is to convince your friend to see a doctor.  The multiple lumps and his chronic fatigue seems to me to be a condition which should not be taken lightly.  It could be an infection, but your description also can indicate a malignancy like lymphoma.  I'm not saying that it is.  I'm just telling you to urge your friend to have it checked by a doctor before it gets worse.
