cytoreductive surgery critical path analysis

I have been tasked with my A level Mathematics coursework. I am doing a critical path analysis on a cytoreductive surgery on pseudomyxoma peritonei. Which I observed whilst on hospital work experience. What I need to know is the different stages of the surgery as a play by play, the time taken for each stage and the number of people involved in each stage and when the surgeons, nurses and anyone else involved switch over. any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Alastair Williams
