Hi,
Yes the symptoms you mention are compatible with IBS. I hope you have seen a gastroenterologist for your problems.
Good Luck!

Hi,
You have been tested by endoscopy and xray, and no evidence of cancer has been found. Your symptoms seem to be related to inflammatory bowel disease.
Please seek an appointment with a gastroenterologist. You may like to get a whole body PET CT. Additionally, please seek an appointment with an internist to evaluate your axillary swelling.
All the best, and God Bless.

Hi,
Tiredness is not a specific symptom, and is not diagnostic of any condition in particular - neither of IBD, nor of cancer.
Good Luck with the doctors appointment on Monday.
