I have an uncomfortable swollen bulgy eye is this normal?

So in the past I've had this feeling where it's extremely uncomfortable and feels like there is soemthing in my eye and it took ages for it to finally come out and it was a tiny 1cm see through word looking thing that didn't movie. This time tonight I had the same thing happen where it's rlly uncomfortable and painful and I can't see an eyelash or anything that would make me feel this way. So my eye gets sore and red and a little itchy but very sore. And I looked next to the corner of my eye called the caruncle I think? And there's a little flap of skin that goes around the rim of your eye. Well under mine was a white 4mm bump/line looks very weird and the surface of the eye next to it looks like a red patch and I pushed it with my finger and it made rolls like skin. Very confused and worried
