help please!!!

This is already my second time having a Bladder infection. It was 7 month ago that I take antebiotics which  is good for 1 wk.It was my fault anyway since the doctor ask me to go back after taking my antebiotics to see if the bladder infection is gone.I didnt go back because I just feel better. Then right now I"m just done with another antebiotics.I;m just confused because I feel that it's gone for I dont wake up during night to urinate. And last night before I get to bed I urinate and was so woried because when I wipe in tisue paper I found out I have a blood altough it's just a litle bit.sometimes I have a mild pain in my pilves and lower back pain.

Hi.  The blood from your urinary tract is most probably NOT due to cancer (bladder or kidney cancer are rare conditions).  If you have an unresolved yeast infection, it can also cause some blood to appear in your urine.  An underlying urinary tract problem (example: urinary stones) can also cause that kind of bleeding, and predisposes you to have recurrent infection, so I really think you need to have a more thorough urinary tract work-up done.

I forget to mention I also have yeast infection. When I went to the doctor yesterday,I told her that I feel better. She was asking me what are other sypmtoms i have or if I feel better then I told her it's getting better since i dont wake up  during the night to urinate after I taking the antebiotics but the night afterI,I found out the little blood in the tisue paper.and told her about my yeast infection and I was given prescription pills for that.I am woried about cancer.Could this be a cancer?I am just so woried.

Hi.  The blood tinge that you observed after urinating could mean that your urinary tract infection has not fully resolved.  Since you've had recurrent bouts of urinary tract infection, you really need to see a doctor so you can have a more thorough work up to find out if you have additional problems (e.g. urinary stones).  Don't self-medicate, and go see a doctor as soon as possible.
