Hi.
What is the status of your brain cancer?  After treatment, there is still a need to closely follow-up with your doctor to detect possible recurrence, either locally or in some other site/s.
You mentioned that you are having on and off abdominal pain.  This symptom is non-specific and could be caused by many disease conditions, benign or otherwise.  You can have your liver enzymes checked.  You may also want to undergo an ultrasound of the upper abdomen or a CT scan.
Good luck.

Hi.
The rash on your body is likely to be caused by an allergic reaction.  The cause of which should be determined so that proper management can be instituted.
A possible liver metastasis may present with elevation of liver enzymes, as well as intermittent pain on the right upper quadrant of the stomach.
I agree with taking antihistamine.  However, you need to consult your doctor for evaluation.
Take care.
