lump in upper arm and lymph nodes

My 12 year old son noticed a lump on the soft tissue of his upper arm.  Upon having an ultrasound, small lumps were also spotted in his lymp nodes (cannot be seen or felt through the skin).  I'm beside myself waiting for the results.  Does this sound like sarcoma cancer?

My prayers are with you. It sounds like a sarcoma (current sarcoma patient) but only your oncologist can tell you what it is. Lord willing it is anything other than a sarcoma. Keep us posted so we know how to pray.
