lumps in back of throat , extremely tired all the time , ear aches

it started as one small lump in the top back of my throat, now there are clusters of them. I feel sick a lot and am ALWAYS VERY TIRED to the point its hard to get through the day.  lots of mucus discharge all the time . small loss of voice now and then ..  well that's most of whats going on no weight loss at all but I am really scared . im 46 a widow and have been smoking for 35 years.. cant afford a doctor but don't know how much more of this I can manage.  if anyone has any advice I would soo appreciate it  I did leave out that I have difficulty breathing a lot of the time especially after I first wake up or with any real physical activity.  anyway please let me know if there is anyone else dealing with these symptoms and if so what does your doc say

well the thing is I cant afford to go to a doctor. so no test have been done.  the emergency room doctor told me he was concerned and I should have it biopsied. the lumps alone don't bother me as much as everything together. the constantly being tired . loss of voice . there is a yellow looking stuff on both sides of my throat . and frankly its getting very difficult to get through the days .. but im hoping to save up and get to a doctor soon .. thank you  for your response and I will update as soon as I can find anything out' have been on antibiotics they make no difference at all

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
I understand your concern regarding the lumps in the back of your throat. What initial diagnostic tests were done? It is highly recommended that you have this checked directly by your doctor or ENT specialist for proper evaluation. Diagnostic tests may need to be done also to help with determining the underlying cause. Take care and do keep us posted.
