Sounds like you know deep down what the issue is. You may need to talk to your doctor about your medication if it isn't keeping your anxiety in check and hasn't fixed up your sleeping patterns.
Here's my prescription for anxiety/depression (unfortunately I know all too well what you're going through): exercise (jogging ideally but walk if you can't run), eat regularly, never ever take to your bed during the day, listen to upbeat music, accept every social invitation you get, stay off the scales, take up some charity work that helps you focus outwardly.
Take care and be kind to yourself.

hi thanks for your reply, i know i have skipped all the likely diagnoisis 1st and headed for the worst case, think the anxiety does that lol i take the sertraline in the morning.
i'm not even really sure the gland is overly swollen as i am quiet thin so i think that is making them felt more easily.
Any infection could cause your lymph nodes to swell up and sometimes they take a long time to settle down after an infection. It could easily be your sinuses. Night sweats are very common with SSRI drugs. Tiredness can be depression related. Are you taking the pill in the morning or evening? A quick blood test by your doctor should hopefully put your mind at rest. I hope your anxiety/depression lifts soon. Take care.
