Does anyone know what the pain of stomach cancer feels like...sharp, dull, location, constant or intermittant?

Stomach cancer pain is more a discomfort in the upper abdomen or left upper abdomen. It is also felt as a bloating sensation especially post meals. The pain is similar to gastri ulcer pain some times.

not sure, my mom always just said her stomach hurt. She never explained the pain. It was like she had gas pains.
