Someone please respond

Hello everyone and thank you for looking at my post.  I've been very anxious and stressed over the past 7-8 months and don't know if these symptoms are musculoskeletal/stress related.  I've been having right upper quadrant pain as well as pressure/achey pains on my right posterior ribs both come and go.  I've had an ultrasound done and ct scan done both coming up negative, but the thing is I can't stop thinking the worst like I have liver cancer or something.  Do you think this all could be stress related and my constant "looking" during the entire day for the pain? Thank you again for the responses
