pectoral lump

hi,

im a 33 year old man and 4 weeks ago i found a lump in my pectoral muscle,  well its just above my left nipple and is about 2cm square and its hard ish and painfull at times.

before this lump appeared i had several large lumps under my arm pit and had to have 4 weeks of anti biotics to clear them up.

What could this possibly be in my chest.  im a little concerned as i have since had anti biotics for more lumps under my arm pit that have cleared up and this one still has not gone.

i would be gratefull if any one would have a clue as to what this is as im really not a fan of doctors and hospitals at all.

thankyou all in advance

james
