for about a week now i have had what i think is a swollen lymph node in my neck. on theright side. atleast i believe it is swollen. i dont remember feeling it before. i have no other symptoms of anything just a swollen lymph node.now i think i feel a lot of them. the one that i mainly feel isn't hard. i dont think it is kind of hard to tell. also how do i know if it is swollen? it never hurt, and i can't see that it is swollen i can only feel it. i have read that you can sometimes feel your lymph nodes even if they aren't swollen is this true? i need some help because i am convinced that i have cancer. i have no other symptoms of anythng. no sickness, no night sweats weight loss anything. please someone help me.
and to let you know my doctor probably thinks i am a hypocondriach because i am always concerned about something. but i do feel a littl lymp thing in my neck. please help

Yes. Even if they're not swollen, you can feel them. If you press hard enough... they feel like small round nodules or lumps.

Swollen lymph nodes don't necessarily indicate the presence of Cancer... it could be a symptom of an infection that your immune system is reacting to.
