sared throat cancer

Hello im typing today because ive been smoking for the past 10 months about 5 cigarretes daily but the last two months i increased my cigarrete intake and wasnt eating right due to some stressful days i was going thru , so ive notice this past month of april that i have like a lump in my throat and i havent been having regular bowel movents is like im constipated and im really concerned because i think i might have throat cancer. I dont have pain when i swallow but i do feel like i have to cough due to the fact that i have a lump in my throat. I also developed a sore on the same place were i have the lump that hasnt heal in over a walk but i didnt pay much attention to it due to the fact that i have acne but when i read throat cancer symptoms that really concerned me. If i developed thoat cancer during the last three months due to the cigarrete increase and not eating right is it possible that it has spread into my digestive system already im going to the doctor but is it also possible to develop cancer in ten months of smoking please any advise would be really appreciated thank you.

It is possible, but improbable. Rather, imho you should check out that sore, it might be an infection which has caused adenopathy.
