sharp thorax pain

I have a very sharp thorax pain since about a week now and two days ago I was diagnosed with para bronchitis . Since a week I take antibiotika but the pain is seems to get worse even if my general condition got better. My doctor ignores this pain everytime I mention it.
Can this pain come from the lungs or can be something else? What can I do about it?

You may have to go on a steroid puffer for a while. Keep telling the doctor about the pain.Make sure he listens to your breathing. Especially for wheezing and coughs. Hope you feel better soon.
