Hey all,
With the worries about Kessie, other events happen here at the Catamount Grange Kitty Resort...
I woke up early this morning to find Miss Teia Honey nestled by the left side of my chest, chin on my shoulder.
That Teia is sleeping aside of me is not too unusual, because Anita has been putting Teia up on the bed when she retires for the evening. I am usually in bed by 8:30 Central US Time, because I get up at 4:30 AM every work day.
Teia will sometimes settle down, but usually heads back to her new safe zone in the walk-in closet off the master bath. When she settles, it is usually further down, by my ribcage.
The really neat part to this...Chesapeake Bandylegs, aka Chessie, aka Bearby was by my right side, down at knee level.
Anita said that Teia settled and a little later Boo-bear jumped up. Chessie spends almost every night sleeping by my side.
A little bit of a hiss and growl from Teia, which Bearby ignored (kudos to her), and she settled in the position I saw when I awoke about 3:30 AM.
Bearby was still down by my knee.
We all woke up again when the alarm went off at 4:45 AM (I decided to sleep in...) ;-)
...and then, Breakfast for me, Teia, Kessie, Hildie and Chessie.
