Cat is very sick and I need advice quick

Hello everyone. my fiance and I have 3 cats 2 boys and one girl. The one we are concerned about is Petie Boy and he is only 8 years , 5 months old and he has been very sick lately we have been to the vet at least 8 times in the last 2 months trying to figure out how to help him. 12 times in the last year and a half. It all started about about a year and a half ago when we moved into our apartment. The landlord has chickens, geese, and lots of other animals running around the property.(Our cats are indoor cats and never go out.) The cats got feas for the first time we put them all on advantage and the fleas went away. A few weeks later we noticed that they had worms which was believed to be tape worms. We tried the stuff you buy at Pet Smart and a week later we noticed that they still had them to we took them all to the vet. They went to the vet and they all got the oral medicine but they only had enough of the injectiion for on cat so he gave it to the one who seem to have the worst. They said that sould do it. A month or so later we noticed them again. We took the back to the vet and they did the oral and injections on all three. Everything seemed to be fine and we never saw any worms again and they haven't had fleas since cause now we keep them on advantage. About 6 months go by and we noticed that Petie Boy had a little bit of blood in his stool. Other then seeing that he acted and looked fine. We brought him to the a vet to get him checked out and they said he has lost about 1 pound according to the paperwork in the last six months (Petie is just a big cat he was normaly about 13-14 pounds but not overweight) At this point he was 12 pounds which for him you could start to tell that he is losing weight. They did a blood profile on him which was CBC, Organ function, unrine, and thyroid. They couldn't feel anything such as masses when they gave his an exam and his one ear had yeast in it(he has always had a problem with that ear) and a stool swab. They gave us stuff for his ear and flagile cause they found a higher level of bacteria in his stool. We left a they said call back to next day for he results. We called the Vet and they said everything came back normal but keep an eye on his and let them know if anything changes. We noticed once again maybe a week later that he still had a little bit of blood at the end of his stool. They said try to get a sample and they would send it to the lab. It took us almost a week to get it cause we have three cats and it was a waiting game. We brought it in and they said they would know something in a day or so. Three days later it finally came back and the said it was negative for parasites and I said what about the blood. The vet said it didn't say anything about blood if they would have found any it would have said something. I said the sample I brought you had it for sure cause you can visually see you didn't need a lab to see that is was right there. I was upset, then the Dr. got on the phone and said they usually don't check for blood. I kind or lost it cause thats why I was bringing it in the first place. She said to come on in and pick up another medicine called Panacure which would help and should clear that up. He was on this medicine for about a week and now he wasn't eating very well and we noticed he seems to be still losing even more weight. We brought him back in again and now he is about 11 lbs. By the way his ear was all good now but everything else was wrong. Then the gave us Mirtazapine and Reglan which should make him hungry and give his pepcid ac twice a day cause maybe the other medicine was upsetting his stomach. So we did that this poor cat was getiing his ear drops twice a day and Panacure twice a day which is a liquid and is almost impossible but we did it, Reglan twice a day, the Mirtazapine one every three days the flagile twice a day and the pepcide ac twice a day.We felt sooo bad but we will do anything to help him. This went on for a week and we stopped the Panacure, the Reglan and the ear drops cause the vet told us to and he seemed to be eating a drinking. A week or two went by and he wasn't acting like himslf he was hinding more which he never did and was kind of mooping around so back to the vet we go. I mentioned to my vet that he had alot of the same symtoms my Brothers cat has and they gave him a steroid and he started feeeling better. They did an x ray and said his intestinal walls looked to be thick and his heart looked a little bit small for his size but they found nothing else. They gave us the Steroid which is Prenisolone and now he takes that twice a day. Peite seemed to be doing great and then we noticed a night he was running really high temps like 104-105 so once again back to the vet we go. They gave him IV fluids, an antibiotic shot, another blood panel and said the would call us they next day with the results this was last Thursday. By the way they sent us home with another antibiotic called Clavamox. The next morning(Friday) they called and said his Red Blood count went way down from 33 the last test to 18 now (2 Months Later). His paincriotic enzymes went up but his kidney enzymes are normal. They said they have enogh blood to do another test which would show if his body was making red blood cells of course I said yes to do it. They called me Saturday morning and said that the test came back and was very low and he is barely making any red blood cells. We are sooo sick over this any don't know what to do or where to turn. Does anyone a have any suggestions or advice. My fiance is crying every night and day and I feel so helpless. This is breaking my heart. We have spent thousands at the vet money is no object when it comes to our cat but our savings is now gone and I had back surgery three weeks ago and I am out on workers comp which don't pay well. Does anyone know what could be causing this or have any ideas which way to go? I CAN'T lose our Petie Boy. Thank you all for listening or I should say reading and sorry for my typos. Thanks again and God Bless

Thank all for your help and support. The Vet had run more tests on Petie Boy and we got the results back today. He is negative for Feline Leukemia and FIV.  The Vet told me the he is positive for FIP. I guess from what I have been reading and what my Vet said that there is no cure for this and no known effective treatment. The Vet said the only thing we can do it make him as comfortable as possible and keep an eye on his symptoms. We lowered the doses of his steroids and knock on wood his fevers has have gone away. I have a hard time believing this, maybe because I am in denial. Since we got his fevers under control he seems kind of back to normal. He it eating and drinking very well, playing a little bit and back to sleeping with me. I hope the Vet is wrong and this is something not as serious as FIP only cause the Vet said there is no definitive way to test for it but everything leads up to this with symptoms, lab work  and something about the coronavirus. Please pray for him to get well and I will keep you up to date on his progress. Once again PLEASE SAY A PRAYERS FOR PETIE BOY

Yes, if he has been exposed since he was tested as a kitten, he could have subsequently contracted feline leukemia or FIV.  Have your other cats been tested?  Some cats can live for quite some time with either before showing symptoms.

Thank you for responding. He has tested for leukemia and FIV when he was a kitten and they were both negative.Do you think he would need to be tested again?  I will check is gums when he gets up and get back to you. I just looked up Intestinal Lymphosarcoma and he has a lot of the same symtoms and you may be right. Thanks again for responding

Has he been tested for leukemia and FIV?  Both can cause anemia (low red blood cell production).  Are his gums pale?  From his X-ray it sounds as though the primary condition is
Intestinal Lymphosarcoma and quite possibly also leukemia affect bone marow which would also inhibit the production of red blood cells.  .
