Cat's infected wound

My cat has a punctured-looking wound on her neck like a "vampire" has bitten her. I didn't know about it until she started feeling so sick and was limping. I found it when I scratched her neck and when I pulled the dried skin, pus started oozing from the wound. I washed her with hydrogen peroxide and gave a small dose (probably 10mg) of penicillin. We'll see if she'll show some progress.

My 4 month old kitty has a small pus wound on her back. As soon as I noticed it i applied antibiotic ointment on the wound. Should I feed her antibiotics....

is there some way you can take this kitty to a Vet? you cannot just give antibiotics ONE time, they need to be used for up to a week to kill the infection, if you stop sooner you'll just create an ever worse infection...this is called 'super infection' google it. after a super infection or drug resistant infection has taken hold there is NO antibiotic that will work...
Is this a human penicillian you are using? amoxicillian? in tablet form and you cut it down to 10mg?...how much does your kitty weigh? please respond or get this kitty into a clinic asap
