A blockage CAN be cleared, Miss Teia was just helped by our vet for a similar obstruction.

Any vet would know that surgery is needed yesterday.  I am wondering if you told the vet you wanted to look at something other than surgery and that was his reply to you.  That baby is suffering.  I hope you make the right choice for the kitten

Hello Wendy,

This is torture for me to hear this, so I can imagine how you may be feeling.

Sad truth is NATURE can be very cruel--but survival of the fittest is natures guide. Normally when a mother rejects her baby (anything) it is because it is defective or has a limited chance for survival and only the strong survive in Nature.

I think you r poor baby has started out life precariously. It is so wonderful that you have taken it upon yourself to try and give this baby the chance nature would not.....but you are limited with a kitten this young.

MEDICAL ATTENTION IS the only thing that will help you have a CHANCE of saving this kitten. If your VET does not know what to do, he should no longer be your vet.
This is an emergency and I would suggest you take this baby to the nearest emergency Animal clinic  today---TOMORROW may be too late.

Once you have treated this babe get at NEW Vet--this one seems worthless.

Please, Please get back to us today and let us know how your baby is. Opus is right she is suffering and the blockage must be removed.

Sending Prayers for you and this little babe.

You must be very attached to a baby kitten that you have hand raised, I don't understand what you mean when you say the Vet doesn't know what to do??? This kitten needs surgery to remove the stool/ blockage...she is suffering, no wonder she cannot eat or drink with this blockage, why will the Vet not recommend surgery????
You must find a Vet that will do this ASAP, yes otherwise your kitten is dying and that's tge only thing that can save her
