Happy birthday Miss Teia Honey!

Today, the Queen of Downstairs is 15.

It's our traditional day as we only have an estimate of when she was born.  Her previous people rescued her at about 6 months of age on June 11, 1999.

She, Hildie and Chessie enjoyed a fine feast of minced people chicken (poached in broth, so no onions or garlic to cause tummy aches).

Teia is enjoying some lap time with Ma Cat (Anita's nickname), Hildie is tugging on my pant leg (looking for more chicken, since I'm having seconds, the tubby glutton {her, too}) and Chessie is back upstairs napping on the spare bed.

Everyone is settling into a nice routine here at the new Catamount Grange.

Our cat Sesame seems to have joined in the festivities in spirit (and practice); my husband left a small bag of dry cat food out, and I came in to find she had eaten most of it.  I don't know where she put it, except do know her tummy is as round and tight as a basketball.  Happy birthday, Teia!  Sessie is with you.

Happy Birthday Miss Teia.  That's awesome that you have reached the
grand ol age of 15.  The chicken you and the other fur babies enjoyed
