Thanks for your advice yes he is seeing the vet this morning.  He is walking around now.  Our dog is kept outside but the kids left the door open he is usually very gentle but he started eating the cats food and when the little one came to get some thats when he got him.  The dog didn't shake him but snapped at him when he went to the food bowl.  Will let you know how he is when I get him back from the vet

Apply a folded cloth soaked in hot water(not dripping) to kittys' face, very gently.  Do not press down in the compress.  Just hold it there for 10 minutes.  You can do this as often as 10 minutes on and 10 minutes off. If kitty shows discomfort, it might be too hot, so try cooler water.  Use a syringe (turkey baster or similar thing) To drip water in to his mouth.  Let him swallow, and don't drown him.  Give him as much water as he is willing to take. Get him to the vet as soon as you can.  Going without nutrition at this age can be fatal.

Did the dog pick up the kitten and shake him?  I agree with eve that it sounds like the kitten should be seen by a vet.

Bleeding from the nose and mouth is not a good sign. Also the fact that the
left side of the kitten's face is swollen is also not good. You say the vets are
closed because it is the weekend. Do you have any vets that are what would
be referred to as emergency vets ?  If you do, I would take your seven week
old kitten to an emergency vet.  What kind of dog do you have anyway ?
Your kitten should have been in an area of your home where it is safe from
your dog.  These things that you have described such as bleeding from the
nose and mouth and the fact that the left side of his face is swollen sounds
very concerning to me. Your kitty should be seen by an emergency vet
asap ( as soon as possible) preferably sometime today. This sounds quite
serious to me.
